These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the products and services we provide, including the supply and installation of composite doors, uPVC windows, resin driveways, and home, office, and commercial renovation services.
By accessing our website or purchasing our products or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Warranty
Standard Manufacturer's Warranty
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty on all PVCu windows and doors against discolouration and warping.
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty on all composite doors against discolouration and warping.
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty on conservatory and sunroom roofing against discolouration and warping.
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty on all A-rated double and triple-glazed sealed units against seal failure resulting in condensation between glass panes.
- 10-year manufacturer's warranty on white PVCu door panels against discolouration and warping.
- 5-year manufacturer's warranty on coloured PVCu door panels against discolouration and warping.
- 2-year warranty on locks, hinges, handles, balances, and other moving parts.
- 1-year workmanship warranty on installation.
Moving parts should be serviced annually to maintain optimum performance. ACME Homes can provide annual servicing for an additional charge.
Palladio Door Warranty
- 12-year structural warranty on the door slab against manufacturing defects.
- 5-year warranty on glazed units.
- 5-year anti-corrosion warranty on 316 marine-grade stainless steel hardware.
- 12-month warranty on locks and moving parts.
- 12-year warranty on the Renolit foil finish against manufacturing defects.
- 1-year warranty on door alignment.
- 1-year installation workmanship warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, or improper maintenance.
- Alterations or work carried out by third parties.
- Minor scratches or cosmetic imperfections that are not visible from two metres away under normal lighting.
- Broken or cracked glass.
- Discolouration caused by environmental factors such as smoke, chemicals, or pollution.
Our liability under any warranty is limited solely to repairing or replacing the defective product or component. No compensation will be paid for indirect loss, consequential damages, depreciation, or any other claims beyond repair or replacement.
Payment Terms
- 10% survey deposit.
- 40% payable upon order confirmation before products enter manufacturing.
- 40% booking deposit prior to installation.
- 10% payable on completion of installation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments must be made according to the schedule above.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of ACME Homes or is used under licence from the relevant copyright owner.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
Permitted Use of This Website
